Pre-Order

PRE-ORDER
When you see 'PRE-ORDER' on an item this is usually because we are awaiting a shipment to arrive.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Before placing your order please check out the information provided on each item to ensure you get an accurate lead time.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?
Our lead times provided on each item will be very accurate, in the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive on time, we will contact you to inform you of the length of delay, at which point you do have the option for a full refund.

Shipping

ORDERS
Once despatched, you'll be provided with a tracking number so you can keep up to date on your order.

COST
Your order will be sent via Evri Tracked 2/3 day delivery service. During business periods the lead time for delivery can be extended.

Our delivery charge for the UK is currently £4.99.

WORLDWIDE
If you are looking to have an order shipped outside of the UK, please do get in touch so we can give you an accurate shipping cost before you place your order.

Returns & Exchanges

OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We will accept a return within 30 days of purchase.

The items must be unused and in a resalable condition.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. All items returned to us will be processed for a refund.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
If an item is personalised with your initials or number it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty, please do ensure you supply the right details when ordering.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS FOR FREE?
We're a small family business and currently we are not able to offer free returns.

If you would like to return your order we do recommend sending it via a tracked method. This will ensure its safe return to us.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please package the items as carefully as you can and send back to our HQ, to speed up your return and ensure its handled correctly please include your order number, name and address
