Shipping UK
ORDERS
As we're a small family business our current shipping times are 7-10 business days, if you need an order sooner, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to get it to you in the time frame required.
TRACKING
Once despatched, you'll be provided with a tracking number so you can keep up to date on your order.
COST
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery service. During busy periods the lead time for delivery can be extended.
Our delivery charge for the UK is currently £3.99.
Shipping - Worldwide
ORDERS
As we're a small family business we aim to ship your international order within 14-21 Days. However this may take a little longer at times.
DELIVERY
Once despatched, you'll be provided with a tracking number so you can keep up to date on your order.
COST
Europe - £15
USA - £30
CANADA - £30
We use Royal Mail International Tracked shipping.
If your country falls outside of these destinations, please contact us and we can see if it's still possible to get an order sent to you.
Customs Duty & VAT Information
Following the UK's departure from the European Union, orders shipped to European countries may be subject to Customs and Excise Duty, as well as Value Added Tax (VAT). These charges vary depending on the destination country and the total order value.
Customs Duty
Orders valued at £135 or less are not subject to customs duty. Orders exceeding this threshold may incur additional charges in line with the recipient country's regulations.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be settled by the recipient before delivery. Failure to pay these fees may result in delays or the order being returned.
Returns & Exchanges
OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We will accept a return within 30 days of purchase.
The items must be unused and in a resalable condition.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. All items returned to us will be processed for a refund.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
If an item is personalised with your initials or number it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty, please do ensure you supply the right details when ordering.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS FOR FREE?
We're a small family business and currently we are not able to offer free returns.
If you would like to return your order we do recommend sending it via a tracked method. This will ensure its safe return to us.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please package the items as carefully as you can and send back to our HQ, to speed up your return and ensure its handled correctly please include your order number, name and address
